We are looking for an Entry-Level Executive Assistant who will be responsible for administrative support to our team while working both physically and remotely. You will handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.

You are required to have experience of fulfilling various administrative tasks٫ including answering emails٫ scheduling meetings, managing customer relationships and proficiency in social media usage. A good communication skill (Writing and speaking) is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate effective communication via emails and phone calls.
  • Act as the first point of contact, delivering excellent customer service.
  • Schedule meetings
  • Oversee customer relationship management, ensuring smooth interactions and satisfaction.
  • Manage social media platforms, including content creation and scheduling posts.
  • Contribute to writing and creating content for both internal and external communication.
  • Manage contact lists and keep managers’ calendars well-organized.
  • Create, review, and maintain customer spreadsheets, keeping accurate online records.
  • Conduct market research and provide detailed reports on findings.
  • Prepare professional presentations for internal and external use.
  • Assist team members with their administrative inquiries and tasks.

Requirements

  • Experience in a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and social media management platforms.
  • Familiarity with modern technologies
  • Strong skills in social media and usage of content creation platforms.
  • Practical experience with online calendars and scheduling tools like Google Calendar.
  • Excellent communication skills via phone, email, and instant messaging platforms.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
